Refund policy

Returns

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with its original packaging. You may also need to provide proof of purchase.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, however if an item needs to be returned please email us on info@emilyduffin.co.uk to request a return. We will need your order number, name, email address and the reason for refund/exchange or return request.

If your return is accepted, we will email you quickly as possible with information on how to return your package to us. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the buyer. It is advised you choose a fully tracked and signed for postal service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, to us.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately, via email. 

Commissioned artwork cannot be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please do so following our returns policy and order your desired item separately. If you have any queries about this, please contact us info@emilyduffin.co.uk

Refunds

Providing your item/s are retuned to us in their original condition and packaging, unused, you will receive a refund via the original payment method, within 10 working days. The price of the product will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the return postage.
