Once you’ve placed your order, we will lovingly pack it up and send it to you. Most orders leave us within 1-3 working days, ready to bring a little joy to your door.

International Shipping
For friends ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may incur some customs or import charges - These are set by your country and will need to be covered by you.
Please allow up to 28 working days for your artwork to travel to you. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. We will pop a tracking number into your inbox as soon as it’s on its way.
Occasionally there may be restrictions on international shipping. If this is the case, we will be in touch to inform you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with its original packaging. You may also need to provide proof of purchase.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
We hope you enjoy your purchase, however if an item needs to be returned please email us on info@emilyduffin.co.uk to request a return. We will need your order number, name, email address and the reason for refund/exchange or return request.
